Visual Basic programmers, I've found, are not well versed in calling help files. This is a problem, as
there is probably more software being written today in Visual Basic than any other single language. I'll
attempt to collect any necessary information here for VB programmers to use WinHelp to its fullest. I'll
be concentrating on the 32-bit world, although the general principles should work fine for the 16-bit
